Coming back home

Phil BC, that is. Back home to the Labour Party, having left the former Millies who are the Socialist Party of Britain, not to be confused with the Socialist Party of Great Britain which is a very different kettle of fish. He's got a very well-written and not a little poignant post about it here.

Welcome back, comrade.

The people's flag is deepest red,
It shrouded oft our martyred dead,
And ere their limbs grew stiff and cold,
Their hearts blood dyed its every fold.

Then raise the scarlet standard high
Within its shade we'll live and die,
Though cowards flinch and traitors sneer,
We'll keep the red flag flying here.

Back home to Labour?

You sure Phil's returning to the Labour Party? I was under the impression that his political trajectory was from WP to CPGB/WW to SPEW.

You could say he's been moving leftwards.

Just Socialist Party actually. If it's necessary to distinguish themselves from some other organisation they generally use "Socialist Party (CWI in England and Wales)".
